just back from portland visiting my sis, where i dropped the news to her in person and via phone to my mum and pops back in Philly.
between the cancer news and the news that i got married about 2 weeks ago (another story for another time), it was some conversation.
sharing the news w/ friends and associates now and trying to have a sense of humor about things.
i go in for my biopsy @ 6AM at glendale mem hosp. i've had more xrays, blood and urine tests, ekg, and in line for pet scan at some point.
i have enlarged nodes in my subclavicular region (collarbone) and also some in my chest, and my or may not have something in my groin area.
still have dull back and hip pain and occasional night sweats. tire kinda easily too.
writing things pretty matter of factly, but that's how it all is. no sense in making it a bigger deal or keeping it secret.
will check back sometime next week.
decided to jump in and start one of my own, as a release and to keep peeps updated on my progress.
